We currently require 48hrs notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations and changes to happen in business hours only. The clinic is closed Sunday.
In the event of a late cancellation or reschedule, a 50 percent cancellation fee will be charged. No shows will be required to pay for their appointment in full.
Im sure you can understand that as a small business if we experience last minute cancellations and no shows.
It hurts us all and creates negative energy exchange.
We genuinely want to see you come, and if you give us plenty notice of changes we will work with you. We don’t hold bookings for change of mind closer to date also.
