Deep dive into aspects of meditation you wish to grow in your own self practice from focused attention to self enquiry to contemplation⁣. Beginners too advanced. Kriya and tantra yogic Pranayama will be given in these sessions on requirement.

Kriyas can involve Breathwork, but are more complex, having specific intentions, visualisations,⁣ focus of⁣ awareness⁣ & can include repetitive body movements, mantras & mudras. Through the practice of Kriya, we activate vital energy, shift blockages &⁣ fast-track our healing & personal growth. From Sattva Life, the linage of sattva academy in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, India the Himalayas.
